Our community is a garden. These are the agreements that keep it safe to grow in.

Pour in and pour out

Encourage each other. Celebrate wins. Ask for help. Every member matters here.

Keep it confidential

What someone shares in the group stays in the group. Never screenshot or repost a member's words or photos.

Respect privacy

In WhatsApp, other members may be able to see your phone number. Only share what you're comfortable sharing, and never message members to sell to them.

No selling or spam

Please don't post offers, links or pitches unless the group host invites it.

No medical or legal advice

Share what worked for you, and point each other to licensed professionals for health, legal and money questions.

Adults only

Our community is for people 18 and older.

When someone crosses the line

Hosts may remove posts or members who make the space unsafe. Tell a host privately if something feels wrong.
