The fine print, in plain words

Terms of Use

Last updated October 22, 2026

These terms cover your use of flourishinghere.com and our events, coaching and programs. Flourishing Here and T4AF Academy are run by D2LAL, 620 Wilson Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207. By using the site or joining an event, you agree to these terms.

Coaching, not therapy

Donna Marie is a mindset and accountability coach. Our coaching, events, quiz and articles are for learning and growth. They are not therapy, medical care, legal advice or financial advice. See our Results Disclaimer.

If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.).

Events

Live events happen in real time. There are no replays.

We record and write down sessions for internal use only, to make the coaching better. Nothing is ever sold or shared, and there are no replays. Guests may not record.

Please keep your camera on when you can, be kind, and keep what others share private. We may remove anyone who makes the room unsafe, without a refund.

At in-person events we may take photos. Photos of guests are only used with that guest's written permission.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure page. Each product has one refund rule, shown before you pay and on our Refund Policy page.

This weekend is live and seats are limited, so tickets are not refundable. If I ever have to cancel or move it, you get a make-up date or a full refund.

You leave with something new, or you get your money back. Come to at least 5 morning sessions in your first 2 weeks. If you have not learned something new that you can use, tell me by day 14 and I will refund you in full. No forms. No hard feelings.

Life happens. Tell me 24 hours before your session and we will find a new time. If you miss it or cancel with less notice, a $50 missed-session fee is due before our next one.

Your pledge and photos

If you add a photo to the garden wall, you give us permission to show it on the wall and nowhere else. You can ask us to take it down at any time, and we will.

Only adults 18 and older can join the wall, and every photo is approved by a person before it appears.
