This policy explains what Flourishing Here collects, why, who helps us run things, and the choices you have. Flourishing Here and T4AF Academy are run by D2LAL, 620 Wilson Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, we collect what you type: usually your first name and email, and sometimes your phone number, the event you chose, your quiz result, or your message.
When you take the pledge, we save your first name, email, the date, and the exact pledge words you agreed to. If you choose to add a photo and a plant to the garden wall, we save those too.
When you buy something, Stripe handles your payment on its own secure page. Your card number never touches our website.
When you visit, our hosting and security partners keep basic technical records, like the type of browser and the pages requested, to keep the site safe and working.
Why we collect it
To send what you asked for: your Garden Guide, your event details, your welcome email, or a reply to your message.
To run our events and coaching, including sending your room link and reminders.
To send our letters and event news, only if you tick the box for email. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
To send texts, only if you tick the separate text box. See our Text Messaging Terms.
To understand which pages help people, so we can make the site better.
Your quiz answers
Your quiz is scored right on your own phone or computer. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to save your result and keep your Garden Guide.
Session recordings
Our sessions are recorded and written down for one reason: to make my coaching better and help you reach your goals. They stay inside D2LAL. I never sell them or share them with other companies. Ask me any time and I will delete yours.
We record and transcribe sessions with Zoom. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 12 months, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted services to run Flourishing Here: Netlify (website hosting), Cloudflare (security and privacy-friendly visit counts), Google Workspace and Google Sheets (email and our private records), Stripe (payments), Calendly (booking), Zoom (live sessions), WhatsApp (our community group), and YouTube (videos, which load only when you press play).
If you say yes in our cookie choices, we may also use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand visits and show our events to people who might enjoy them. If you say no, they never load.
We never sell your information
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it for advertising unless you say yes in our cookie choices, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a no.
How long we keep it
We keep form entries as long as we have a relationship with you, and delete them when you ask. Email and text consent records are kept as proof of your choice. Session recordings are kept for 12 months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to take your photo off the garden wall, at any time. Use the contact form and choose Privacy request, or write to D2LAL, 620 Wilson Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207. We answer within 30 days.
California residents have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. Use the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page to change your cookie choices.
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have similar rights, and optional cookies never load unless you say yes.
Children
Flourishing Here is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our youth programs never collect information from children through this website. If you think a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Keeping it safe
We use secure connections, strict website security settings, two-step sign-in on our accounts, and private records that the website itself cannot read. No system is perfect, and if something ever goes wrong we will tell you as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Big changes will also be shared by email with people on our list.
